The Rise of Bitcoin Shows a Distrust In Central Banks

Andrew Ross Sorkin, a New York Times journalist and author of “Too Big to Fail,” provides interesting views on the 2008 financial crisis. In this CNN interview, he even asserts that the rise of Bitcoin in the US is an embodiment of the loss of trust of the citizenry and the American elite on the US Government and the Federal Reserve. He further pointed out that most people across the globe face trust issues with their own central banks and would rather hold digital coins for asset protection.
